In what amounts can the gift cards be purchased?
Cards can be bought in $5 increments up to $500.

Can the gift cards be purchased online?
No.

Is there a fee to purchase a gift card?
No.

Where is the gift card accepted?
All participating merchants at The Shoppes.

Does the gift card ever expire?
The cards expire after three years to ensure the quality of the magnetic stripe and its ability to transmit data. However, this has no affect on the funds. If you have a card that has expired, the remaining balance can be transferred to a new card.

Is there a fee to transfer the balance from one gift card to another?
There is a $5.00 fee to transfer the balance from one card to another.

Are there different gift card designs available?
No.

What happens to the unused remaining balance?
Starting 12 months and 1 day after the Card activation date, $2.00 will be deducted each month from the Card balance.

What if the gift card is lost or stolen?
There is a $5.00 Card Replacement Fee for each lost, stolen, or damaged Card that needs to be replaced.

What are the Account Maintenance Fees (AMF) of your program?
Starting 12 months and 1 day after the Card activation date, $2.00 will be deducted each month from the Card balance.

Can the gift cards be mailed?
No.
